A resident of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Brooklyn for over 16 years, she is on the pulse of the diverse offerings and inventory in these and surrounding neighborhoods. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Mary first became intrigued with buildings while pursuing her degree in Art History and Painting at the University of Delaware. She worked summers at an architectural firm then took graduate courses in Architecture at the University of Virginia. Mary came to New York to attend the New York Studio School of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture. Subsequently earning her graduate degree in Elementary Education from Bank Street College, she became a private and public school teacher in NYC for 8 years before beginning her dynamic career in real estate 9 years ago. Mary's unique skill set that combines acute listening, patience and communication with a keen eye for value and design fuels her natural ability to match people with the best-suited properties. She is as passionate and focused in her personal life as well, having formerly competed in long-distance track and field and road races over the years. These days, Mary balances her real estate work with meditation, scuba diving & photography, each inspiring her artwork and love of the rich tactile space and colors of the underwater world.
