Martha has had a successful 21-year career in Real Estate concentrating on Co-ops and Condominiums. Respected for her unquestionable integrity, enhanced knowledge and unparalleled persistence. She followed this up with a successful corporate career working for Elizabeth Arden and Sony Corporation of America. A long-time New York City resident, she and her husband live in the Sutton/Beekman area where she has helped many of her clients and customers with their sale or purchase. Martha was up for the REBNY Deal of the Year Award in 2007 for a Fifth Avenue property where she represented the buyer. Since there are only a few deals that are considered for this award industry wide, it was a major accomplishment. Martha is knowledgeable, conscientious and patient.
