About Mark Landisman

Mark Landisman came to real estate with over 30 years of experience in the business world. As a sales partner at Compass with his fianc, Julie Newdow, he lent his vast experience to the team to help catapult it to a Top 25 Team in his first month on the job! Mark is thrilled to be applying his keen financial and business acumen to real estate. He draws on the high-profile roles he held and the expertise he gained as a CPA and CFO to optimize client service and results. His successful career path recently involved serving as Chief Financial Officer to one of the 35 largest insurance brokerages in the country. During his 12-year tenure there, Mark managed the growth of the firm from a single location in New York to eight locations across the U.S., tripling both staff and revenue under his leadership. He also held positions as a partner and CFO in the stock photography industry, and as a member of a public accounting firm. Mark currently sits on the board of his primary residence, following his service as Vice President of his former residence, bringing unique insight to the real estate process. Mark is the proud father of a grown son, daughter and stepdaughter and stepson! With his Bichon Frise, Julie, he particularly loves connecting with other dog lovers and finding them new homes. What is most apparent to those he works with is Marks obvious love of real estate and all that it entails.
