Marcy Stein is an avid New Yorker and Upper East Side resident of 35 years, enabling her to be a knowledgeable Upper East Side property specialist. In her over 30 years in the residential real estate business, Marcy has closed hundreds of transactions dealing with many top CEOs and business professionals from all over the United States. She is a true businesswoman who is adept with the complexities of the cooperative board process. She recognizes that her clients are intelligent and sophisticated and she educates them as to value so that they can make wise choices. She does not pressure her clients, rather, she listens to her clients needs and wishes and she gives focus in a time saving manner. Marcy has strong interpersonal skills and exhibits patience and empathy while being extraordinarily enthusiastic. Her varied background includes professional singing and elementary school teaching. She was also a sales manager in the fashion world. Marcy graduated from Penn. State University. Presently she is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and she is also on the Board of Directors of the "City of Hope", which is a charitable organization for cancer research as well as other life threatening illnesses.
