Often, she helps clients buy and sell at the same time and works carefully and strategically to align both deals. With extensive experience analyzing the market, submitting and vetting offers, negotiating details, and navigating co-op and condo boards, shes skilled at keeping deals on track and reaching the finish line. Prior to working in real estate, Lia spent 10 years in the online editorial departments at top companies including AOL, About.com and Food Network. After purchasing her first home in 2007, a co-op apartment that needed a gut renovation, she fell in love with real estate and design. In 2012, she became a real estate agent and has closed over $50 million in sales since then. A native New Yorker, Lias been a loyal resident of Brooklyn since 2001 and has called many neighborhoods home. She lives with her husband Daniel who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and their three children in a Windsor Terrace home they fully renovated in 2019. She loves discovering new restaurants, biking with her family in Prospect Park and practicing her Portuguese.
