Lenny Burdier a New York City native, was raised in Prospect- Lefferts Garden in Brooklyn and fell in love with real estate, architecture, and the city at a very young age. When he would help his mother grocery shopping during his childhood years, Lenny would always make sure to leave with a copy of a Real Estate listings magazine. He would run home and start comparing prices of homes and curb appeal; promising his mother to one day buy her one. Lenny started his real estate career at 18 years old and since then mentored with some of the top luxury real estate brokers in New York City, specializing in representing buyers and sellers of condos and co-ops throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. His past clients include leaders in the technology, arts and financial sector, along with some of the city's most successful entrepreneurs. While Lenny is familiar with most neighborhoods in NYC, his expertise lies in the East Village, Greenwich Village, Lower East Side, Prospect Heights, Lefferts-Garden and Park Slope. Fast forward to today and Lenny is currently a member of THE LITVAK TEAM, a top producing team that exclusive relationships with some of the top developers in New York City. Together with THE LITVAK TEAM, Lenny specializes in representing buyers, sellers and renters throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Lenny is extremely passionate when it comes to marketing, using social media to gain attention and thinking of creative ways to use the tools provided to solve problems for his clients; whether they are investors, first time home buyers or renters.
