About Leanne Stella

Gastiaburo + Stella The Percent for Art Team Leanne Stella entered her career in real estate through her passion for art and architecture. Having come from an extensive career producing arts and cultural events across New York City, Leannes keen eye for beauty and design make her uniquely qualified to support clients in the process of buying or selling a home. In the 1990s and early 2000s, Leanne managed some of the largest art and antiques fairs on the East Coast as President of Stella Show Management Company. A common thread throughout her career has been her innate ability to bring distinct groups together for a common goal, an asset Leanne brings to negotiations and closings for her clients. Leannes interest in real estate was piqued at age 19 when she bought, renovated, and flipped a series of restaurants and mixed-use buildings. Since then, she has bought and sold a number of properties throughout Manhattan, expanding her already impressive network of architects, designers, and real estate developers. Having lived in a number of New York City neighborhoods including Greenwich Village and the Upper West Side, Leanne now calls Harlem home. Through her organization Art In FLUX, Leanne initiated public arts exhibitions and programs increasing access to uptown arts by reclaiming underutilized spaces for art. She is guided by the philosophy that by merging artistic, commercial, and community interests, a community in flux can thrive.
