In 2016, he achieved $205 million in sales volume at an average price of $10,700,000. Kyle was recognized as the #1 broker in 2012, at his previous firm, Brown Harris Stevens. In late 2014 Kyle joined (then Urban) as the 82nd agent to work at the growing brokerage. Today Kyle proudly works alongside over 14,000 agents in 300 offices nationwide at . His father was a real estate agent in North Carolina more than 25 years. Outside of real estate, he enjoys studying Asian history and culture.
