Ksenia ONeill has had a personal interest in real estate since childhood. Born in Germany and raised in Russia, she lived with her family in a studio apartment, dreaming of one day getting a larger space. Ksenia worked very hard to achieve that, and the first property she purchased appreciated in value 500% in just a few years! No matter where she is, she continues to scour real estate listings to find more great opportunities. Ksenia naturally gravitated towards residential real estate as her career, gaining valuable experience underwriting real estate transactions in Moscow and working for two real estate private equity firms in New York. She joined Corcoran after thorough research to find the best company in the market. Ksenia specializes in sales and rentals in Brooklyn and Manhattan, as well as international buyers and relocation. Prior to making her role "official" as an agent, she helped many friends with her analytical approach and attention to detail, researching and viewing the best properties for their needs.
