She also purchased her current home in Park Slope which she meticulously renovated. That experience armed her with extensive insight on quality finishes, materials, and working with contractors. Specializing in residential sales and rentals in the area, she believes, "The real estate market is unique to each location. In Brooklyn and Manhattan people are spending a lot per square foot and want to maximize their value. She researches diligently looking for the best opportunities to "nest and invest!"Kristina received her BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College, then she continued her studies to receive a second degree in Business Management and Investments. Kristina was born in Europe, moving here in her teens she completed her high school and college education in Brooklyn. Kristina has been a resident of Park Slope. She enjoys listening to classical music, going to the American Ballet Theater and Metropolitan Opera.Kristina is fluent in English and Russian.
