About Kim Rand

Following a family tradition, Kim Rand started in real estate business in 1986. She presently can be found at the Carnegie Hill office of the Corcoran Group at 1226 Madison Avenue. Kim is licensed in both Manhattan and Westchester, regularly representing both buyers and sellers in each of these extensive markets. As a result of this dual license, relocation is one of Kims key differentiators. Her primary clients consist of referrals and repeat customers from New York City and Westchester. Kim is known for her diligence, negotiating, problem solving, and closing skills. Throughout her career she has won many sales and listing awards, including ranking in the top 1% of NRT brokers in sales. Kim has extensive knowledge of the premiere condominiums and co-ops in Manhattan, as well as homes in Westchester, with a particularly strong concentration of sales of family-sized homes in Manhattan.
