Kevin has been a successful entrepreneur since 1991, honing his keen business, sales and relationship building skills. He initially owned several record stores, and was a real estate broker in Louisville, Kentucky from 2006 to 2014. Always passionate about real estate, Kevin dug right into the NYC market upon moving here, thrilled to be with the top brokerage firm, The Corcoran Group. Simultaneously to his real estate career, Kevin also created Citiview Publications in 2010, a business operating in the hospitality and travel industries providing luxury hardcover books for in-room placement that suggested high-quality retail, restaurants, museums and entertainment to out-of-town visitors. This was supplemented by a full-service digital media component with videos, reviews, etc. of their advertising partners. Books were published in New York (placed in more than 80 hotels across Manhattan) as well as four other major cities, and his knowledge of the NYC market deepened significantly. Kevin draws on his vast real estate and sales experience, extensive network in Manhattan, and great familiarity with the city's neighborhoods to help you make the right choice for the perfect home.
