About Kevin Wong

Kevin has held a real estate license since 2002 and has built a real estate practice that specializes in multiple aspects of commercial and residential real estate. In addition to brokering commercial and residential transactions, Kevin is an active property manager servicing approximately 25 doors throughout the Bay Area. Kevin acquired his real estate knowledge and passion by being a part of his family's multi-generational real estate firm up until 2018. Since it was a family business Kevin has grown up around real estate and started helping out at open houses during his college years at U.C. Berkeley. Kevins first priority is to be a lifelong partner and resource for his clients. Kevin has helped his clients with everything from buying and selling, negotiating commercial leases, dealing with tenant issues and referring contractors, handymen, and even nannies! Kevin lives in the Inner Richmond district of San Francisco with his wife and two children. In his free time, Kevin coaches his sons' baseball and soccer teams and since 2004 has been a volunteer cross-country and track coach for Stuart Hall High School in San Francisco.
