Karla Rizo brings her exemplary finance and multicultural expertise to the world of Manhattan real estate. Karla, a longtime New Yorker, set out to see the world as a young woman, backpacking throughout Europe before joining the United States Army. A natural-born leader, she excelled as a Finance Operations Supervisor where she safeguarded and supervised contracts valued at over $100 million with over three-thousand vendors. Attention to detail, superior listening and leadership skills and the ability to work successfully under extremely stressful conditions are second nature to her. Karla managed numerous troops, created the most efficient Standard Operating Procedures and provided both financial and personal support to over ten-thousand soldiers and their families during her tour in Afghanistan. As a Manhattan real estate professional with a burgeoning portfolio of national and international clients, Karla's clients not only trust her guidance but rely on her financial acumen and expertise when it comes to making sound real estate decisions. In Manhattan's competitive real estate market, "quick and expert" are the two most valuable tools an agent can have. Traveling and exploring Manhattan's culture (and restaurants) are another favorite pastime. She lives in Central Harlem with her two rescued pit bulls.
