Joy Wayne is a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur who has always focused on the needs of her clients. A pioneer in the childcare industry, Joy owned a childcare referral service that placed American live-in nannies with corporate families nationwide. Her business thrived and after 17 years Joy successfully sold the company in 2001. She followed this with another venture, this time in the retail fashion market, and in recent years, Joy has applied her business skills and understanding of how best to serve clients by creating a powerful presence in the real estate industry. Having bought, sold, built, designed and renovated many properties, Joy has the vision to see the potential in every home. She is at ease working working with architects and contractors to bring her creative eye and flair for design to life. Joy spends time with each client, understanding their needs and desires, their tastes and lifestyle, so that she can successfully match them with Manhattan homes that fit their every requirement.
