About Jonathan Wolfe

2009 & 2010 Gold Circle Member Jonathan Wolfe joined Halstead after beginning his real estate career with another large agency in Manhattan, working with both rentals and sales. Jon made the switch to Halstead because of its well-earned and exemplary reputation, and to refocus on the sales side of the business. "When entering the real estate market in New York, working with someone with practical, hands-on knowledge of it is key, says Jon. After getting his BA in history from Clark University in Worcester, MA, Jon lived in Brookline, MA for a couple of years before setting off to Chicago, where he attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned his JD. Jon then embarked on a career in public relations and investor relations, working first at Fleishman-Hillard in the corporate communications group, and later at the Abernathy MacGregor Group, where he worked on dozens of large transactions and advised publicly traded companies on a variety of sensitive issues relating to the institutional investor community and financial media. Jon lives in the East Village but he has worked in and has extensive knowledge of all areas of the city, including Brooklyn. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, mountain biking and reading. He is a member in good standing of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Whether buying, selling or renting, Jon would be more than happy to try to find solutions to your real estate questions.
