Jonah Katz is an accomplished real estate professional whose diverse career spans luxury sales, rentals, and design throughout New York City. In 2012 he founded a boutique brokerage in which he recruited and managed a team of 20+ agents before moving his team to one of the leading residential firms in the city. Jonah's team is now responsible for over $1 Billion in closed transactions to date as one of the top producing teams in the industry.
A native New Yorker with intimate knowledge of the city, Jonah works with a wide range of clients: from savvy investors purchasing new condos in Brooklyn to first-time buyers navigating the complexities an Upper West Side co-op board. His notable recent transactions include a $6.5 Million sale at 1 West End Avenue and the $18 Million sale of the penthouse at the renowned Puck Building.
Jonah blends comprehensive market analysis with creative problem solving and a careful eye for design to deliver exemplary results in every transaction. His team, having been featured in Architectural Digest and several other top design publications, is uniquely qualified to excel in every facet of a real estate transaction, from the design and predevelopment of a condo tower to overseeing the renovation of an individual homeowner's property. Jonah is currently enrolled in NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he is pursuing his Master's in Real Estate. He serves on the Steering Committee of the Young Patrons Lincoln Center and during his time off enjoys vacationing at his home on Fire Island.
