John Stathis has over 25 years of experience as a broker in Manhattan's premier real estate market. One of Douglas Elliman's top performing brokers, he has consistently maintained award winning levels. His outstanding professionalism and encyclopedic knowledge of Manhattan's finest apartments and townhouses have proven to be a tremendous asset in brokering billions of dollars of Manhattan residential real estate. During the past 25 years he has represented both buyers and sellers in top buildings along Park and Fifth Avenues. John has been appointed as the "Broker Specialist" for 778 Park Avenue, 930 Fifth Avenue and 3 East 71st Street. Born and raised in New York City, John lives in his cooperative apartment on the Upper East Side. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College, he majored in Architecture and Psychology. He is fluent in English and Greek , has a good speaking knowledge of French, Spanish and Italian and deals extensively with an international clientele. John is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and supports the Central Park Conservancy.
