About Jill Libman

Jill has over 35 years as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Notary Public in the State of New York. Serving the New York metropolitan area in the buying and selling of cooperative and condominium apartments, townhomes, and 1031 tax-free exchanges. She has acquired expertise in the sale and resale of co-operative apartments and condominiums, contracts of sale, building conversions, attorney/client relationships, building management, and unit inspections. Jill successfully converted three buildings, and 742 apartments, from rental to cooperative ownership, as well as acting as a broker for onsite sales for other New York co-op conversions. Negotiated numerous contracts and agreements, qualified buyers for mortgages, and assisted as a liaison to arrange loans, while producing over six million dollars in revenues in 1980. Also, in 1981, garnered recognition as the largest single broker producer of tenants' right properties in the NYC market. Jill is renowned as a seasoned industry veteran who has not only earned a reputation for results but one of market knowledge, integrity, and discretion, and client loyalty. and maintained an exclusive clientele consisting of purchasers, sellers, prominent business leaders, and professionals. Many of Jill's professional traits stem from her prior experience as a camp owner and director, as her family owns and operates Camp Hillard, an exclusive children's summer day camp, in Scarsdale, NY. She was involved in all phases of Camp Hillard, including program planning, staff supervision, marketing sales, public relations, human resources, financial management, and activities planning as well as directing the entire Theatre and Dance program. She has scripted and directed children's musicals and is a devotee of the arts. Previously, Jill was an elementary teacher and assistant principal at the Great Neck Elementary Schools. She is well-traveled and fluent in French. She is an active member of several professional organizations and charities, including the Real Estate Board of New York, National Notary Association as a Notary Public in the State of New York, Nationally Certified Relocation Specialist, a member of the Heritage Society at The University of Michigan, The Interlochen Arts Academy, Temple Emanuel, and the Alzheimer's Association. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a master's degree from New York University. As an Upper East Sider, Jill is a New Yorker through and through. She is also a poodle aficionado and has taken Best in Show, First, Second and Third place in honors in the NYC Metro Area showing her pure-bred Standard Poodles.
