Jason has been around New York real estate since childhood. In 2006 after a career in finance, he decided to partner with his mother, a 25+-year veteran and top Manhattan broker, Senior Vice President Pamela Nichols. Together they provide an unparalleled level of service to clients looking to buy or sell co-ops, condos or townhouses in all price points and neighborhoods throughout the city. Jason's own success is built not only on his wealth of knowledge, vast support and extensive resources, but on his strong network of connections made from his prior professions. Previously, he was a listed equity block trader and private equity analyst in the financial industry, plus managed one of Manhattan's most popular restaurants on the Upper East Side for several years. These experiences have given Jason an uncanny ability to relate well and bond to clients from all walks of life. A Manhattan native and longtime Upper East Side resident, Jason attended St. David's School for Boys and The Collegiate School, then graduated from Williams College. He has a deep passion for city life, and enjoys sharing his seasoned knowledge of buildings, trends and neighborhoods with first-time and repeat buyers.
