About Janice Bayer

Janice Bayer joins Compass after an illustrious career that has spanned decades at two of the top real estate brokerage firms in NYC. She was involved with many transactions involving buyers and sellers dealing with coops, condos, townhouses on the East and West side of Manhattan as well as the Village. Over her career, Janice has been consistently in the top tier of New York City residential brokers. Many of her clients have become lifelong friends. Janice continues to enjoy a successful career built upon countless strong relationships and transactions. Janice was also involved with representing a significant number of owners that sought to convert residential buildings to cooperative ownership. She then assisted in the sales of the unsold shares. Born and raised in New York City, Janice graduated from New York University and then continued her studies in the Graduate Program at the University of Durham in Durham, England. Janice enjoys athletics and the arts. She is an avid tennis player and golfer, belonging to the Women's Long Island Golf Association. In addition, one of her passions is new fiction literature.
