About Isil Yildiz

Isil Yildiz is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals through exceptional and seamless experience. Isil is with her clients every step of the way to formulate the best strategy and alleviate the stresses associated with a complex and consequential transaction. Isil, a former litigator, is a fierce advocate and negotiator, and has become a recognized expert in New York City real estate, frequently invited to speak at home-buying seminars hosted by private companies, lenders, and advisory firms. Originally from Turkey, Isil moved to Texas at age 10 with her family, but always dreamed of someday living in New York. After earning a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a law degree from The University of Texas, Isil moved to her dream city to practice law. After six years as a litigator, Isil left the law to help people make their homes in her adopted city and guide them through the most important purchase (or very consequential sale) of their lives. Isil, her husband Bill, and son Teddy live in Gramercy, after stints in Cobble Hill, Nolita, the West Village, and Union Square. In her freetime, Isil is a dedicated volunteer Yale, serving as Class Secretary of Yale College Class of 2004 and President/Director of Communications of yale.NYC, where she spearheaded the rebrand and reorganization of the alumni group spanning over 15,000 members.
