Frank is a frequent lecturer at the New York Real Estate Institute, educating the future agents of New York in obtaining their Real Estate licenses and has achieved the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). A native New Yorker, Frank currently lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
