About Denise Bongiovanni

Nobody works harder or insists on putting her clients needs first more than Denise. Denise, this means keeping her buyers and sellers in the loop at all times and making sure that communication is not constant but also transparent. If you want someone who is completely honest with you, then she is your agent! Along with unbeatable communication skills, Denise has worked in sales her entire career, including seven years in pharmaceuticals and two years as a Sales Associate at AFTS Labs in New York. Along with an instinctive ability to take care of her clients and anticipate their needs, Denises extensive sales experience has supplied her with aggressive instincts and negotiation skills that she constantly leverages to the advantage of her current real estate clients. Denise has lived and worked in the New York area over ten years and focuses on residential sales throughout the city with a special emphasis on sales and rentals in the downtown area. As a downtown homeowner and a New Yorker over a decade, Denise has a deep knowledge of NYCs many neighborhoods, ranging from geography and architecture to personalities and properties (She adores pre-war apartments!). She works with buyers, sellers, and renters of all kinds including families, couples and artists. In addition to her background in sales, Denise has spent years as a writer, actress, and stand-up comedian in both Los Angeles and New York. Her clients appreciate her sense of humor and laidback attitude, and her knack applying her creative skill set to real estate by finding properties they may not have considered on their own. Originally from Old Bridge, New Jersey, Denise has a strong passion health and fitness and graduated early from Rutgers with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. After spending two years in Los Angeles to study acting, she returned to NYC to continue pursuing screenwriting and comedy. Her stand-up work includes her own show on the Upper West Side, and gigs in legendary NYC comedy clubs like Carolines, Gotham and Comic Strip Live. She currently owns a co-op on the Lower East Side, which she shares with her mini dachshund.
