About Danielle Nazinitsky

Danielle Nazinitsky

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Compass [email protected]
In her first five years in real estate, Danielle's sales grew to over $20 million a year making her one of the most productive up-and-coming agents in the industry. Her passion and talent are helping people, especially with the difficult balance needed to sell and buy concurrently! Danielle built her real estate business from scratch by being analytical, hustling, and developing meaningful relationships. In an industry known to feel transactional more than relationship-based Danielle values quality time with each of her clients, to really get to know them and advise on making long-term investment decisions. Having worked as an accountant for seven years prior to real estate, she offers professional advice to help each client consider any aspect of their investment decision. And once a client has decided what to buy or sell, she understands her role is to close the desired deal. She says I will contact building management along with both attorneys and propose a way to move forward. I dont take no for an answer and will do everything in my power to stick up for my buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. Born on Long Island and raised in Ohio, Danielle holds a Bachelors in Business and Masters degree in Accounting from Miami University. She worked in sales throughout college, then was an auditor at KPMG, LLC in NYC, and several large financial services companies, managing complex projects. Her drive and giving back to the community comes from the desire to honor her father, who lived for his family and community and passed away from leukemia at the age of 50. Danielle also runs the non-profit organization NYC Strut Corporation, and she has a blog Soho Strut where she produces events for the community and fundraises for initiatives like cleaner streets. Danielle has owned two co-ops in Manhattan and is in the process of buying a townhouse in Brooklyn for herself and her Jack Russell Terrier named Archie.
