In the business since 2004, she focuses on residential and has recent transactions in Brooklyn Heights, Upper West Side, West Village and Midtown. Cordelia is a skilled negotiator and is valued for her personal integrity. As the Board President of her Brooklyn Heights brownstone co-op for ten years, she oversaw major structural renovations including a new faade and roof-deck and therefore has great contacts with architects, contractors and inspectors. She is the agent of choice for most of the shareholders when they sell or rent. Cordelia is an active member of her community with a special interest in environmental sustainability. A dual-citizen, born and raised in Oxford, UK, Cordelia has an MA in Fine Art from Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art, having first studied in Lyon, France.
