About Claudia Saez-Fromm

Claudia has worked her way to great success in real estate while earning an irreplaceable spot in her clients' hearts. Since beginning her residential sales career in 2001, she has built a stellar reputation, an outstanding track record of transactions, and strong relationships with both clients and peers. In 2003, Claudia ventured into a higher plateau of brokerage, co-founding and managing a prominent real estate firm along with her husband and industry veteran, Mark David Fromm. Together they grew from three to 100+ agents, completed 9,611 deals for clients, and became one of the top real estate firms in NYC - all in the course of a decade. Serving as COO, Claudia drove the company forward through ethical business practices, and innovative management and marketing strategies. Prior to joining The Corcoran Group, which was always her dream, she and Mark were associated with another leading brokerage in Manhattan for several years. Her broad and seasoned expertise in luxury sales, new developments, rentals, investment properties and commercial/building sales is invaluable to her diverse clientele, and is leveraged to the utmost degree at Corcoran.
