His market knowledge allows his clients to make the best real estate decisions, whether purchasing/selling a primary or investment residence. His real estate experience entails executing complex sales of co-ops, new development condos, and townhouses. In addition, he has closed hundreds of rental transactions representing landlords, investors, and rental customers. Christian is a native New Yorker residing in Ridgewood, Queens. He has a B.S. in Finance from St. Johns University, studied International Business at The American University of Rome in Italy, and is a proud Harrisite having graduated from Townsend Harris H.S. in Queens, NY. He is a devoted husband and father who feels privileged to raise his son in the same neighborhood in which he grew up, as did his father before him.
