About Cathleen Civale

As a seasoned broker, Cathleen Civale has spent the last 10 years helping clients evaluate, buy and sell top-tier properties in Manhattan and homes on the East End of Long Island.Cathleen credits her success to the experience and expertise she developed during her 30-year career as a senior corporate executive in the design and fashion industries at F. Schumacher, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Esprit, Kenneth Cole and, most notably, her leadership of the team which grew an iconic American brand and a $100 million global business - LeSportsac.Her path to real estate began ten years ago with her work on the cooperative board of her own Upper East Side apartment and, shortly thereafter, her leadership of the building's major renovation. She and her husband and real estate partner, Joe Fisher, live in a 19th century Queen Anne-style house on Captain's Row in the historic district of Sag Harbor and began a multi-year restoration. They love the Village and are actively involved in a wide range of community involvement such as Save Sag Harbor and philanthropic support of local organizations and non-profits.Cathleen likes to cook, garden, entertain and travel. And she loves yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonics.
