About Carolyn Zweben
Carolyn Zweben
Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate [email protected]
Carolyn Zweben has an eye for real estate and is a master negotiator. A native New Yorker with a background in fine art, Carolyn found her calling when she began her career in real estate more than 16 years ago. Today, along with her husband and business partner, Paul Zweben, she leads an award-winning team of 12 agents. Under her direction, The Zweben Team has consistently ranked among the top brokers in NYC and the nation. Carolyn loves New York City. She grew up in Astoria, Queens and loves going back to her old neighborhood to satisfy her craving for Sicilian pizza from Rose & Joe's Italian Bakery and Spumoni ices from La Guli's Pastry Shop. She attended Fordham University and graduated with honors with a degree in Art History and International Relations. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ms. Zweben worked for a decade as an art consultant and appraiser for The Guggenheim Museum, The Michael Ingbar Gallery and at eppraisals.com. Carolyn's experience in the art field helped her develop a keen sense of aesthetics, space, and design. Those skills that have been essential to her success in real estate. She has a deep understanding of how closely linked design and presentation are to a successful transaction. Her professionally staged listings, from fresh cut flowers to champagne, create an environment where potential buyers can envision their ideal home and lifestyle. When Carolyn isn't selling real estate, you can find her spending time with her children and celebrating holidays with her close-knit family. "When your husband is Jewish and you're Catholic," says Carolyn, there's always something to celebrate!" Keep an eye out, you might just catch her stand-up comedy act at a club in New York City!
