She came to real estate with years of experience in the world of finance, having held positions at Royal Bank and RE/MAX, and as Director Commercial Leasing & Financing for an automobile dealership in her hometown Montreal area. Yet, she ultimately was drawn to apply her experience working effectively with numbers and with people following in her family's footsteps as a dedicated Real Estate Professional. When Carolina Germain puts her mind to something, she does it wholeheartedly, just as she does for her real estate clients who rely on her tenacity to find the home of their dreams. A current East Side resident with her teenage son, she formerly lived on the West Side of town, and works with clients throughout the city.
