About Brian Kay

In 2007 I took a vacation to North Idaho. It was on that trip that I realized I belonged here. During my younger years, I spent a lot of time outdoors, so being here felt like home. I am mesmerized by the wildlife the great Northwest has to offer, and during the summer months you will find me camping, backpacking in the mountains, fishing, and golfing. The winters here allow for some of the best snow around, and I love to get my snowboard out and enjoy the beauty of the season. I also enjoy spending time in the kitchen creating something delicious. When I bought my first home in 2008, I realized that I wanted to be involved in real estate. I have a passion to help others, and if I can put a smile on someone's face when they move into their new home, then I feel truly joyful. I love the art of negotiation and have always prided myself on honing that skill. My goal is to work with you the entire way, from start to finish, in the purchase or sale of your home.
