Brett is a seasoned real estate professional in New York City. Working with luxury condominium developers, he has participated in over 1,700 closings, representing $850 million in sales. He has also developed application software and processes for developers that optimize and streamline transactions. As the Director of Condominium Sales at a real estate law firm, Brett began his career learning the legal intricacies involved in real estate transactions. He then moved on to become the Vice President of Business Development at one of the largest independent full-service national title insurance agencies in the country. It's this unique background that sets Brett apart from his peers in the industry. Brett received his degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. While real estate is his main passion, he is an avid traveler, enjoys cooking, and taking full advantage of NYCs first-class restaurant scene.
