About Bradley (Brad) Miles

Born and raised in Manhattan, Brad Miles has the ultimate knowledge of New York City. He has experience all over New York, and an extensive sales, marketing, and service background. Brad uses his thorough knowledge of sales, negotiations, marketing and publicity to ensure the best results. For over 15 years, he has advised clients on important decisions, and uses this expertise to ensure successful real estate transactions. Brad has experience with individuals, investors, and on small development projects, and understands the differing needs of these different types of clients. In addition to his primary business in New York City, Brad has added his Long Island licensing to lead the expansion of The Andreas Mann Team into the Hamptons market, based on his 10 year residency and overall experience in the area. A Bachelor of Arts graduate of the University of Michigan, Brad also holds an MBA from Fordham University. He currently lives in Gramercy and Sag Harbor, and specializes in both the Manhattan and Hamptons markets. Brad has a deep understanding of the uniqueness of each neighborhood, and each client, which allows him to provide insightful, customized service. On the personal side, he is an avid tennis enthusiast, and supporter of educational charities.
