Beth Sydness is celebrating her 24th year in the New York real estate business in selling and renting of luxury cooperative and condominium apartments and townhouses. After a long career as a Marketing Director for a large Fortune 500 international cosmetics company she decided to take the time out from her corporate career to raise her family. During that time, she was encouraged by others to use her marketing management skills to sell real estate. Eventually she earned her New York brokers license and became an independent broker before joining Corcoran. Beth is an owner and manager of a multifamily townhouse on the Upper West Side and is an expert in this category based on her experience.
