About Andreas R Metzger

Andreas Metzger is proudly celebrating his 30th year in real estate. This industry veteran and Licensed Broker joins Corcorans West Side sales office after several years handling major projects, and a decade with Citi Habitats where he was a top producer. Andreas was first licensed in Grand Rapids, MI in 1987 while pursuing a BBA in Real Estate/Finance at Calvin College. Encouraged by his grandfather in Germany, he took an internship in real estate and gained valuable exposure to commercial properties and residential land. With deepening interest in the field, Andreas took on the residential subdivision of his family horse farm, working with D.E.C, planning & zoning boards, and appearing at countless public hearings. He also entered a partnership with a local real estate investor/owner, sourcing properties for development. The foundation of his impressive track record and experience stems from his passion for structuring deals and serving people. Whether helping home buyers and sellers, small or large value-seeking investors, or developers looking to maximize their projects, Andreas is the premier market resource. His professional accomplishments include the sale of a Manhattan real estate portfolio to an ATT retirement fund for $320 million, with five years spent repositioning 1025+ apartments in 11 buildings, handling leasing to renovation.
