About Anastasia Usova

Anastasia Usova is a member of the CTM team at Compass, founded by Christine Toes Muldoon. Together, they are committed to providing gold-star service to all of their clients. In addition to real estate, Anastasia has over a decade of business experience across several industries, including consulting, brand management, and business development. She also brings a global perspective to her real estate work: Anastasia has worked and studied across several continents, with countries spanning Germany, France, and Singapore. This diverse experience allows her to help clients with the most exacting standards and from various backgrounds. As a real estate investor and a former condominium association board president, Anastasia has a deep appreciation of the entire process and an eye for value. Anastasia is a proud alumna of Northwestern University, from which she holds both an undergraduate and graduate degrees. She is bilingual in English and Russian, fluent in German and has limited working proficiency in French and Spanish.
