About Abra Nicolle Nowitz

Integrity, tenacity, communication, discretion and honesty. These are the tenets that Nicolle has built her business on and brings to each and every transaction she does. She understands that purchasing and selling a home are important financial and emotional decisions and works with clients to make that process as smooth and successful as it can be. Nicolle is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and earned her MBA at Baruch College. Prior to being a broker, Nicolle was a Manhattan homeowner and found the sale and purchase process to be challenging, personal, emotional and fascinating. She knew that becoming a broker would be a perfect suit her entrepreneurial spirit. Since then, she seems to have the odd gift of attracting challenging deals, yet successfully overcoming obstacles and always getting the deal done. She understands that though this is not just a business transaction but often an emotional journey and she works to be her client's advocate and guide through every step of the transaction. Nicolle is currently a long-standing and active member of her coop board. She devotes much of her spare time to her photography. She lives on the Upper West Side with her dog, Willa.
