111 Murray Street

Tribeca is the trendy neighborhood people look to for luxury living, and one of the most exciting buildings in the area is 111 Murray Street. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, this building’s unique shape makes its mark in the Manhattan skyline, the top of it expanding outward like a glass crown. The lobby of the building is a gorgeous space with a waterfall, and is manned by a full-time doorman and concierge. Among the amenities are a lounge, a private dining room, a garden, a patisserie, two swimming pools, saunas, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a media room, a teen rec room, and a children’s play room. Pets are more than welcome to live with you.

Units in 111 Murray are spacious, ranging from one to five bedroom units. There are usually an equal number of bathrooms to bedrooms. However, sometimes there are more bathrooms than bedrooms. Master baths come with large soaking tubs and/or walk-in showers. Many have double vanities. Penthouses come with a jacuzzi tub.

Living spaces are bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. 111 Murray Street is the third tallest building in Tribeca, just behind 30 Park Place and 56 Leonard Street. The building was a collaboration between the Fischer Brothers, who worked on Park Avenue Plaza, and Witkoff Group, who purchased the Woolworth building. One of the most famous residents here was disbarred attorney, Michael Cohen.
