of the apartment.325 Clinton is ideally located right above the
Clinton-Washington G station, and the C station by the same name is
three blocks up the street. The building has two elevators and has
central laundry in the basement. Citi Bike stations and bus routes
dot the area. Clinton Ave from Myrtle to Atlantic is referred to as
Brooklyns Gold Coast with historic mansions once owned by city
leaders and industrial tycoons. Clinton Hill Co-ops was first a
complex for workers at the Brooklyn Navy Yard built in the 1940s,
and later converted to co-ops in the early 1980s. This well-managed
complex provides its own round the clock security and an amazing
staff, and gets a bulk rate on cable TV and electricity. An
abundance of restaurants and attractions are nearby like Putnams,
Locanda, Romans, Dino, BAM, The Barclays Center, and Pratt
Institute. This co-op does require a formal board package and
interview.
