The Symon

A subtle yet stunning structure in Brooklyn, The Symon is a boutique resident that adds some charming architecture to an already charming neighborhood. Just a few minutes away from the Brooklyn Heights historic district, this humble building matches the area well, mixing contemporary and older architecture while providing luxury services to its residents.

This full service building is kept secure via a full time doorman. The amenities here provide residents with a sense of comfort and wonder. They include a rooftop terrace with views of the historic district, ample seating, and ambiance, a lounge with a fireplace and large TV, a gym, a children’s playroom, and bike storage. Parking is available for purchase. Your furry friends are more than welcome to live here with you.

Units in The Symon are charming and spacious, ranging from one to four bedroom apartments. Units with two or more bedrooms have at least two bathrooms, which come equipped with large vanities that have ample storage as well as vintage brass fixtures from Waterworks. Bathrooms come with either a soaking tub or a walk-in shower depending on the unit.

Waterworks is also responsible for the porcelain sinks in the kitchen. Appliances in kitchens come from Bluestar, Thermador, Bosch, and Fisher Paykel. Living spaces are lined with hardwood oak flooring, and oversized windows let in a ton of natural light. Eight select units have access to sizable terraces.

The interior designers for The Symon are Studio DB, a married couple who fell in love while starting the firm. They’ve worked on a number of interior designs around the city such as East Village Residence, the Franklin Street Loft, and Hastings-on-Hudson. They’ve even done several commercial designs as well like Tenoverten. Some larger residential projects of theirs include Hudson Yards and One Clinton.
