Now, keep going, go towards the window in the living room - bright, open, blue sky. Turn around, and you will notice the perfect scale to match the proportions of the apartment. It's not cluttered, it's comfortable. When you sit on the sofa, you can actually stretch your legs and even, rest your feet on the table. Ok, it's time to now take a look at the bedroom and bathroom. Again, surprisingly comfortable proportions, you can extend your arms freely in either space, you can have a real shower, vanity, a great sized bedroom closet, with a real window to appreciate the nights sky and morning dawn. The building is perfectly located in Gramercy, walking distance to all buses and train stations - if you did not know this, this is the belly button of the city. You can easily go up and down, with ease and options. But you know what I really love about the location? It's one block to my favorite public square, Madison Square Park, which is just across from Eataly, where you can get coffee and a bombolino, filled with nutella or preserves. Shake Shack is also there, so maybe we will need to make a habit of walking to the office, because (yes) we will go back, once its safe to do so! Oh, and the building staff is absolutely wonderful and caring, proud of the uniform that they wear, and you can feel this the moment when you walk in and leave the building.
