Select an extra wide building site in an area of the subdivision that is already built out, so the minute you are in, you will have the established neighborhood already.   Nice homes around, a quiet short street on Holland Lane.  Back of the house will face East, so you can enjoy your summer BBQ's without having to squint through the sunset.  You can chose to build now, or not, and hold the lot for a future build.  Reasonable taxes to just hold it  No dues.  Rare available in-town building site that has newer homes all around.    Easy access from Hwy. 50 with a stop light on Wills Blvd and Hwy. 50.    Pueblo Planning gives a rough estimate of buildable square footage on this lot to be about 4800 square feet.   They say there are 25-foot front and 5-foot rear setbacks.  Also the 5-foot north setback.   Given what new lot prices are going at, this is a bargain for the extra large lot.
