An industrial marvel that has withstood the test of time, The Printing House has been around since 1920 but was only converted into luxury condos in 1979. Now the building hosts incredible staff and a variety of perks and amenities. This is a full-service building with a full-time doorman, concierge, and live-in super. Additional amenities and benefits include a discounted membership to the Equinox in the building, complimentary one-year membership to the Children’s Museum of the Arts, and the doggy day care: Biscuits and Baths. There is also a laundry room, as well as private valet parking and storage for an extra fee. This is a very pet friendly building.
