Units in The Impala are large and versatile, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Homes with two or more bedrooms have at least two bathrooms. Primary bathrooms are equipped with heated towel racks, pedestal sinks, and separate soaking tubs and walk-in showers. Many units also come equipped with a powder room.

Homes here are large and open, with kitchens and living rooms kept separate via an island or a peninsula.
