The Rutland

The Rutland, located in Prospect Lefferts Garden, is a gray brick building that blends in with the neighborhood well. This building is protected by you, because a video doorman makes it possible to see people entering your building via an app on your phone. Units in The Rutland are large, ranging from studios to two bedroom apartments. Homes usually have an equal number of bathrooms to bedrooms. Said Bathrooms come equipped with Kohler fixtures, large vanities, and deep soaking tubs with shower heads. Some units have walk-in showers.

Every home comes equipped with oversized windows, central heating and air, and speakers that connect to devices via bluetooth in every room of the home. The designer of The Rutland is famed architect Karl Fischer. The Hungarian born architect is a major player in the residential architecture game and is responsible for popular complexes like Park Plaza in Williamsburg, The Powerhouse in Long Island City, and the Slate Condominium in Manhattan.
