Central Park Towers

400 Central Park Towers is a fully staffed condominium first built in 1961 with a total of 19 floors. It has a 24-hour attended lobby, resident superintendent, children's playroom, playground, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

The building, known as 400 CPW, also offers residents bike storage, a fitness center, laundry room, four elevators, a garage, a courtyard, garden getaway and roofdeck.

Central Park is just across the street. Residents with school-age children will no doubt enjoy visiting The Tarr Family Playground, designed by architects Ross, Ryan, and Jacquette in 1973.  The play space includes custom wood tree houses, a climbing mound with a slide and tunnel, and an interactive water feature.
