Long Island City is also home to two microbreweries: Big Alice Brewing and Rockaway Brewing. Transmitter Brewing, based at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, is also nearby.

The first five floors of Citylights are retail spaces, where many businesses have an opportunity to have a home by the water. There’s a daycare and even a Zipcar in the space, and any business can lease space for offices or retail, providing residents of the building and neighborhood ample shopping and recreation opportunities.

Citylights is also conveniently located just one quick stop from midtown Manhattan on the E,V, and 7 subway lines It’s also close proximity to Hunter Point LIRR station heading out to the Port Washington Line.
