Standing 20 stories tall with great views of the Hudson River, Lincoln Guild is a beautiful post-war complex on the Upper West Side. The gorgeous red brick building has amazing homes that provide beautiful sights to the residents who live here. The neighborhood, as well as the amenities here, ensure an easy life with everything one could want.

This full-service building has a full-time doorman, concierge, and live-in super. Other amenities include a community lounge, two laundry rooms, and bike storage. Private parking is available for an additional fee. A fitness center has also been recently added at no extra cost to residents. Pied-a-terre is allowed, as are cats. However, this is not a dog-friendly building.

Units in Lincoln Guild are open and spacious, ranging from one to three bedroom apartments. Units with three bedrooms have two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and another with a deep soaking tub. Units with one bathroom have a combination shower and tub. Bathrooms also come with large vanities with ample storage.

Living rooms and kitchens are open concept, with a large island or bar designating each space. Kitchens come equipped with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances like refrigerators, gas stoves, ovens, and dishwashers. Hardwood flooring is found in living rooms and bedrooms, and spaces are kept comfortable with central air. Most units have an outdoor space like a balcony or terrace.
