265 East Houston Street

265 East Houston St. is a condo in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. Designed by Defonseca Architects, the 10-story building was erected in 2017 under the helm of developer Central Construction Management.

Units, of which there are just seven, are mostly two-bedroom, two-bathroom spreads (there’s also a three-bedroom duplex). Prices can hover between $1.89 million and $2.55 million.

The apartments are accessed by way of a private keyed elevator. They come with Italian marble kitchens and master bathrooms, wide-plank hardwood floors, high ceilings and Watermark Designs hardware in the kitchens and bathrooms.
